Atto - pasting MS word contents into firefox in windows results in uncleaned MS word comments

      On Windows, Firefox

      1. Open MS Office, make some formatted text
      2. Copy the text
      3. In Firefox, paste the content into an Atto editor
      4. Enter HTML mode
      5. Confirm there isn't hidden markup (xml, o:, or w: tags) in the html.

      This is a MDL-47002 followup, basically the problem is https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-47002?focusedCommentId=346491&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-346491 as firefox returns text/plain we don't apply all the regexps; we apply a few of them (_cleanHTML) but we could include more here. emerrill what do you think of it?
