Mark competencies complete when the course is completed

      1. Create a new course
      2. Add multiple competencies with different "Upon completion rules"
      3. Enrol a few users
      4. Set the course completion settings to manual
      5. Go to the course completion report and mark a student as having completed the course
      6. Run the task: php admin/tool/task/cli/schedule_task.php --execute='\core\task\completion_regular_task'
      7. Look in your database (we don't have a view yet), you will find entries in evidence and user_competencies.

      Completing the course will complete any assigned competencies by assigning the default value from the competency scale.

      Note that depending on the course competency rule we could set the competency as "Recommended", or do nothing.
