MOODLE_17_STABLE, MOODLE_18_STABLE
After uploading SCORM content that makes use of Internet Explorer's HTC (HTML Component) files to execute javascript, the content will not function properly under Moodle.
This happens because the correct mime-type header must be set for HTC files, otherwise they are ignored by the browser. Apache does not set this mime-type by default.
Further details and (simple) potential solutions are available at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306231
Can this be done as part of the installation process?
