We should be able to use Course Completion to either make other courses available or to automatically enroll students in another course.
Currently, we have to hide a label and then show it on Course Completion to give out an enrollment key or something similar. It would be preferable to just have this functionality built.
This should allow for prerequisites etc to be automated as well. Student cannot take Course B until they have completed Course A.
