Access from the activity report to view by user using a pulldown menu of enrolled participants. This would be then pull and render the same data already listed in Administration block >> Profile settings >> Activity reports >> Complete report.

This would extend the functionality of the existing course activity report structure and be an advantage when getting to user-specific reports for multiple users in quick succession over the profile settings approach.
