i find it rather difficult to reference to someone else's including my own posts in a thread. that is longer than say 10 to 20 posts long.

i like being able to reference to a thread and then to "post number" much like someone would denote in "reference section" of a book report. of title of book and page information was obtained.

some times folks names are hard to read, hard to type. and post number is more universal at times. and with my i am not good at remember folks names. though i can remember post numbers better.
