We encountered cases that choice limit is exceeded even though we have already set the choice response limit. Normally, this functions well. However, when multiple students choose the same choice at the same time, Moodle can't implement the choice limit, and still let students to choose even though the choice limit is exceeded at that particular moment.

So, please advise any measures to avoid this kind of scenario.
