Wiki edit preview needs styling

      Using clean theme, the wiki edit preview is in box with dark blue border and no padding. If you look at the attached screenshot I think you'll agree that it doesn't look too good.

      The problem can be reproduced on http://demo.moodle.net/ and also http://qa.moodle.net/mod/wiki/edit.php?pageid=1 (log in as teacher) and also https://learn.moodle.net/mod/wiki/view.php?id=29297 (using a customised theme based on clean).
