Course reset lets you change all the dates in a course, but the docs do not make this clear

      If you chance the course start date using course reset, all the dates in the course will be shifted by the same amount.

      However, this is not documented at https://docs.moodle.org/28/en/Reset_course nor in the built in help pop-up.
