It would be really helpful to have checkboxes and bulk actions for enrolment methods.

One specific use case is a course that has numerous course meta links and an administrator needs to remove many of them. In a course that meta links all of Spanish courses this term, it would be really useful when removing all of last term's Spanish courses when we need to add new the new term's courses.
