      1. Turn on glossary auto linking filter
      2. Turn on the media filter
      3. Make sure that the media filter is lower than the glossary auto linking filter
      4. Create a glossary on a course with a couple of items one of which has an audio file in the definition. (not as an attachment) Tick "This entry should be automatically linked"
      5. Create a page with these glossary definitions.
      6. Click on the link for the definition popup which has the audio file on it and play the media.
      7. Verify that after playing the media, the close button still works.

It appears to be is that the page is not fully loading and the controls for the popups are not being handled for a while. If the controls for another glossary popup which doesnt have audio are used then all of the popups behave properly.

Create a glossary on a course with a couple of items one of which has an audio file.

Turn on glossary auto linking and create a page with these glossary definitions.

Click on the link for the definition popup which has the audio file on it and play the media. The close button doesn't work.

If I then click on another glossary popup link I can then close it and then close the initial popup too.

If I don't play the media in the first popup I can close the popup as normal.
