You will need a course with a number of students and items, like a S test course.

In the course, grade a bunch of students. The easiest way is to use the single item view of a grade item, and bulk insert a value.

Go into the grade history report and confirm there are more than 2 pages of histories. Note the number of pages as NUM_PAGES for later.

Now click to download the histories in any format.

Open the downloaded file and confirm that there are more than 100 rows (101 with the header row)

There should be between (NUM_PAGES-1)*50 and NUM_PAGES*50
