The cron.php command line script (admin/cli/cron.php) seems to try to process a disabled module multiple times in the process. It also pauses each time this module is encountered when one observes and this increases the time it takes to process script. Not a big deal but it seems as though the cron.php script should only check once to see if enrol_imsenterprise is enabled/disabled and then not check again.
