Missing image file view_icon_selected in the file picker

      I was investigating about some ".error" files in local cache and I found this one:

      moodledata/localcache/theme/1413468926/clean/pix/theme/fp/view_icon_selected.error
      

      The problem is that this picture don't exist since at least 2.6.x and up to 2.9 dev, the selected style achieved in CSS style.

      The call for this file is for the .dir-rtl so I don't know if the solution is to add the missing files or to remove the css call for it.
