Enrolment Method: Cohort Sync dropdown menu limited to 25 cohorts

      1. Create more than 25 cohorts with users (use attached file for upload user script)
      2. Create a course, add cohort sync enrolment method
      3. Make sure all cohorts appear in dropdown, enrol COHORTODD
      4. Go to "enrolled users" page and click button "Enrol users"
      5. Make sure the cohorts are displayed there
      6. Enrol everybody from COHORTEVEN
      7. Click on the button again and make sure cohorts are not displayed there
      8. Add self-enrolment enrol method and make sure all cohorts are displayed in the dropdown
      9. Go to "Groups" page and click "Auto-create groups"
      10. Make sure all cohorts are displayed in the dropdown

      I'm trying to add a cohort to a course via the cohort sync [URL/enrol/cohort/edit.php?courseid=XX]. But when I try and select a cohort from the drop-down menu I am only able to see the first 25 cohorts (listed alphabetically from A). I have over 100 cohorts and this is blocking me from using Moodle 2.8.1. I didn't have this problem before I upgraded from 2.7.??
