Currently when bulk updating it can appear as if the page has frozen or isn't processing anything.

For a course with 1000+ students it just takes 300 seconds or more to process all the grades at once.

Suggestion is to add in a progress bar that stops the auto timeout due to the maximum execution time being reached and then removing the workaround put in place for MDL-47893.

Whilst testing this we noticed that the user view was not bulk updating without manually overriding each grade. Fixing this as I go.
