Forum Auto Subscription Subscribes users not in Grouping

      Prerequisites

      • The experimental feature "Enable group members only" must be enabled.
      • You have a role that has the capability "mod/forum:allowforcesubscribe"

      Steps

      1. Create a new course
        1. Create a grouping.
      2. Create a fourm in the course.
        1. Set "Subscription mode" to "Auto subscription"
        2. Set "Grouping" to <whatever grouping you created above>
        3. Set "Available for group members only" to checked.
      3. Enrol a user into the course with the role mentioned above.

      Results
      EXPECTED: No users are subscribed to the forum.
      ACTUAL: The user you just enrolled in subscribed.

      When a forum is created with a grouping assigned and Subscription mode set to Auto Subscription, users that are not a part of the grouping are still subscribed to the forum when they are enrolled in the course (well really when their role(s) are set, but that's splitting hairs).

      This appears to only be a display bug as those users aren't able to view the forum, and they don't receive emails pertaining to it, but I haven't done very thorough testing in this regard.
