Exclude checkboxes in position of Override column in Singleview.

      Setup:

      • Course with students and a grade item that is not overridable.
        (say what? Just go to Grades -> Setup -> Categories and items and make a Grade Item from there.)

      Test:

      • Go to Grades -> Singleview.
      • Make sure exclude checkboxes are in the exclude column.
      • Make sure override checkboxes are not there.

      If you have a Grade Item created quickly from the Gradebook that doesn't feature override checkboxes because it's technically always set to override, the exclude checkboxes occupy the override column.

      Leads to confusion. Probably should fix that.
