Setup:

Requires Course with students.

Go to Grades -> Setup -> Categories and items.

Make a few categories and extra grade items.

Test:

Go to Grades -> Singleview.

Select a user from the dropbox box.

Categories, Course Total, and newly created Grade Items with no activity page should have no hyperlink.

Regular assignments, quizzes etc should be clickable.

For items in the Singleview that don't have a activity page the hyperlinks are still being presented to the user which leads to 404s.

Links shouldn't be clickable if the URL isn't valid. This means no links for categories, course totals and grade items with no activity page.
