In a course where a student has grades, when there is a category and that category is hidden, all the grade values for a student go missing from the User report.

Replication steps:

• Requires a course with multiple grade items and at least one student

1. Log in as teacher/admin
2. Navigate to the gradebook
3. Add grade values manually (if there are none already)
4. Add a category
5. Move a grade item into the category
6. Log in as a student
7. View the User report
8. Verify that grades are shown
9. Log in as teacher/admin
10. Hide the newly created category
11. Log in as a student
12. View the user report

Expected result: The grade item values outside of the hidden category and the course total should be shown.

Actual result: The grade item values and the course total are missing.
