Navigation breadcrumb disappears when importing csv files into the gradebook.

      When importing a csv file into the gradebook the navigation breadcrumb will disappear. It's useful to have this navigation, especially if there is an error and you want to get back to the upload page quickly.

      Surprisingly the copy and paste page doesn't have this problem.
