Editpdf: Hebrew letters (probably RTL LANGUEGES) display with question marks after downloading pdf comment file

      When using PDF comment in assignment (Annotate pdf) and choosing the comment option -> writing in Hebrew - look fine -> save changes.
      Then downloading the pdf comment file and opening it-> the Hebrew letters are display with with question marks (??????) instead of real Hebrew letter.
      I guess this is going to happen in other RTL languages such as Arabic.
