Set language to Hebrew (or any RTL language)

Set theme to Clean

Click the "move to dock" icons on any block(s)

Make sure the 'undock all blocks' icon at the bottom of the dock bar is pointing to the left (opposite to the similar icon on the header of each block)

"Reset blocks" icon on the bottom right side of the dock bar, in RTL mode, Should be inverted.

Using Clean theme (probably a bootstarpbase issue)
