In the teacher role (also Moodle admin) go to Reports -> Logs. You can view only the first page of results, but when you click subsequent page links (2, 3, 4, etc), the Course dropdown selector switches to Site Logs instead of staying on the course you are trying to look at.

Teacher is then given a security notification that they are not authorized.
