i was in a course where peer-review via workshop was great but they really were assignments. late submissions do occur , for possible reason on plagiarism, assessment (peers) phase can be blocked due to this.

Can i request that we consider allowing workshop peer-review phase to start while at the same time allowing submissions. It might be ok that the late submissions are not part of the peer-review (or cleverly assigned if reviews were still pending).

This requires allowing late submissions to a workshop as long as we're before the grading phase.
