Quiz 'secure' window: Finish review link did not work

      1. Create a quiz using Extra restrictions on attempts -> Browser security -> JavaScript pop-up.
      2. Make sure the Review options are all turned on.
      3. Attempt it as a student.
      4. After submitting, verify that the Finish review button closes the pop-up.

      This feature is faulty when in Student Role. In browsers we tested
      IE8/11 - "Finish review" button does not close the fullscreen window.
      Chrome - Does not open in full screen mode. However does close the maximized popup window.
