Bearing in mind that Natural is intended to one day replace all other aggregation methods, we need to come up with a way to sensibly calculate the course range.

Previous behaviour

• Sum of grades: category/course max grade = sum of all child grade maximums
• Mean of grades: category/course max grade = set manually

Potential problems. Assessments that are not using points as grades, such as scales.
