Steps to reproduce:

1. ask a student to add submission
2. unenrol this student from this course

Actual result: teacher can't access anymore to this student's submissions

Expected result: teacher can access to this student's submissions with maybe a special/dedicated page

Note: files are still present on server, even if student leaves course (phew...).
