Database error when grading a group assignment with PDF annotations

      1. Create 2 groups with 2 students in each.
      2. As teacher, create group assignment with Annotate PDF enabled.
      3. As student of one group, submit PDF document on behalf of group.
      4. As teacher, provide annotations to PDF document and grade it.
      5. Save changes with 'Apply grades and feedback to entire group' option set to 'Yes'.
      6. As each group member, view assignment feedback.

      Result : You will notice that after step 5, the error occurs.

      This bug is a regression caused by MDL-45582. When a teacher annotates a PDF document with the annotation tool (Assignment) for a group assignment, the assignment's access is blocked because of a database error. This also happens in version 2.8 DEV.

      My team and I followed the testing instructions word for word from the MDL-45582 task and the error occurs every time. I'm surprised no one has reported this yet...
