Currently, to allow editing of weights, the cog icon at the top of the weights column needs to be clicked. The user can then edit weights all categories/items.

It would be useful to be able to turn on such editing within a category.

The icon for editing might need to be replaced with another icon or text to avoid confusing with the Edit icon to the right.
