I maintained a moodle course with several scorm presentations, I just received a support email complaining about the presentation not showing. When clicking the activity, a request should be thrown opening a new window and simultaneously a message should display in the current page regarding the presentation's status. For some reason this is not happening. The presentation only shows when the appearance setting (Student skip content structure page) is set to never. This problem can be replicated with the fallowing appearance settings.

Display package: New WIndow
Display activity: disable
Display course structure on entry page: No
Display attempt status: No
Student skip content structure page: Always

Any help is appreciated.
