Edit menu - not displayed correctly on Front page in standard themes

      1. Select Base theme (2.8 / 2,7 only), or any theme standard theme in 2.6.
      2. Ensure that Site topic is enabled and that it contains some activities or resources which are listed at the bottom of this area. If none are added just add one, Book is quick and easy to add.
      3. Make sure NO 'Frontpage items when logged in' are selected in Front page settings. This needs to be clear of any course lists or forums or search box
      4. Ensure that Activity Edit menu in AJAX/JavaScript is enabled.
      5. TEST with editing enabled, that the contents of the last activity/resource item edit drop-down menu is fully visible.
      6. End TEST.

      We upgraded to 2.6.4 from 2.5 and we use the Afterburner theme. When turning on editing in (IE11) for the front page and clicking the drop down 'Edit' menus for resources those that are near the bottom of the page have the editing menu options cut off at the bottom where the editing menu goes below the container.
