1. New method will be added to controller to specify particular scale used in the module.

2. Function get_grade() in advanced grading plugins must be amended to correctly map the grade to an item in a scale.

3. Modules supporting Advanced grading (only mod_assign atm) should tell about the scale used to the advanced grading controller (see below)
