Add body class when logged in as other role

      It doesn't matter what theme you test this on.

      1. Create a new Moodle instance using a web install (i.e. not using MDK).
        • Verify that no errors are tripped.
      2. Log in as an admin.
      3. Create and view a course.
      4. Use the administration block to switch your role to a Manager.
      5. Inspect the CSS classes applied to body
        • Verify that the class userswitchedrole is present on body.

      To support work being done on MDL-45893, we need a way of telling at the DOM level when a user is viewing as another role. We already have a class added to the body telling us when we're logged in as another user; this should be fairly straightforward.
