Evaluate whether we can rename $chattheme_cfg in mod/chat

      The variable name $chattheme_cfg violates our coding style guide however it is used in chat them config.php files. Theoretically users could create their own chat themes and changing the variable name would break those themes. Does anyone create their own chat themes?
