So the "As part of the upgrade to Moodle 2.7, the legacy Assignment 2.2 activity has been disabled" email has just been automatically sent out to Moodle admins despite cron not running and me not being able to stop it.
On a test site.
Which non of the admins (bar one) will have access to.

This needs to not send automatically or give an option to stop it being sent out before it does. We cannot have admins getting this message during test upgrades.
