Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter multiple lines of text
2. Select the text, starting at the end, then going to the top
3. Click the numbered or bulleted list button

Only the last line will be added to a list. It works as expected (all selected lines added to the list) if you start your selection at the top.

Testing in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari - this problem effects Chrome and Safari, but not FF.
