Download Assignment (2.3) files as zip downloading all files rather than just those required

      When selecting download all assignment files, every file is added to the zip files, rather than those for allocated markers.

      If I have 2 students, Student 1 is allocated a marker Teacher 1 and Student 2 is allocated the marker of Teacher 2, I am still able to download both submissions when logged in as either teacher.
