Time duration in minutes in the events form does not have a label

      1. Go to create a new calendar event.
      2. Ensure that the duration in minutes text input has no visible label.
      3. Using your favourite firebug clone inspect the duration in minutes text input and confirm that the label for it has appropriate text (this currently is an empty string.)

      When creating an event for the calendar, the durations in minutes has an empty label. When using a screen reader and having the minutes field selected, the screen reader can't tell the user what the field is for.
