From student perspective for submitting online texts. Crashed three hours worth of work without any way of retrieving it. Went to submit assignment with typed words in given box (as opposed to pasting from word or attached a word file) and it crashed. I am distraught and deeply sadden as the stress of losing work when you have many other assignments that need your attention impacts my psychological well-being. Aka moodle needs to address and resolve these issues and retrieve my work so I don't fail this class, therefore failing to getting into grad school, fail at life, and be destined to live in a cardboard box and eat tossed out burnt dinner rolls for sustenance. Thank you but not really.

The least you could do is make it so after the crash, we can still retrieve our work.
