The report builder does not adhere to Moodle coding guidelines.
Areas that need to be fixed up:

• Clean up formatting.
  • Fix capitalisations.
  • Doc blocks.
  • Comments.
  • Multiple parameters on one line.
• Possibly split up report forms - Not sure that they will get through all in one file.
• Move add button to the next row so that it’s clear that you already are adding a field.
