Running automated course backup.

We have just over 100 courses, backup takes around 9 hours (with external /usr/bin/zip).

Backup was working fine till i changed the start from 0405 to 2205.

Then one course backup would fail - not always the same one. but always roughly the same time. must be a time/date issue. if the course backup starts one day and finishes another.

Backup also claims to have ended the day before the day it started so something wrong with duration calculation.

Generally fails on 'calculating users' - this is by far the longest part of a course backup taking around 4-5 minutes per course. we have around 600 users

Everything is turned on in the backup options users is set to 'course'.
