At the Page Index page on the Map tab in Wiki module, there is a broken image link to "...theme/image.php/standard/core/1396947566/f/odt" next to the links to subpages. I guess the link should point to "...theme/image.php/standard/core/1396947566/f/writer". However, I do not understand why an icon is needed here at all.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a Wiki with a page and a subpage of this page.
      2. Go to the Map tab and from the Map menu dropdown choose Page Index. There you see the broken image link (see screenshot).

      Expected behaviour:
Working link showing an image, or no icon at all.
