We do not expect students to repeatedly give the same wrong answer to an interactive with multiple tries test but if they do we currently record them in different ways for 'classic' Moodle questions and 'OU' Moodle questions.

This request is to report all times that an answer is given including when it is repeated from the previous try.

This request applies to the 'try 1 try2 try 3' tables for question statistics.

This request only applies to tests running in interactive with multiple tries behaviour.
