Style rubric editor in Clean

      On 2.5.x, 2.6.x and master, in all supported browsers, using Clean or More:

      Before applying the patch:

      1. Create an assignment, with the grading method set to Rubric.
      2. In the Assignment administration block, click Advanced grading.
        • Observe that things are looking pretty ugly.
      3. Create a new rubric definition.
        • Observe that as you add and remove levels and criteria, the delete level button in each level cell clips outside its bounds.
        • Observe that the label for the level sort order select box is tiny.

      With Javascript turned off

      1. Repeat the steps above.

      After applying the patch

      1. Repeat the steps above.
        • Verify that the patch has made things better.

      With Javascript turned off

      1. Repeat the steps above.
        • Verify that the patch has made things better.
