I would like to see Settings links added to admin/plugins.php for any installed themes that have settings. Currently just the Uninstall links are there.

There may be other categories of plugins on the admin/plugins.php that are not displaying the Settings link and we could cross reference those with the setting listed in Site administration>Plugins to make sure that the settings can be found on admin/plugins.php.
