Admin: In Moodle Plugins the category is simply called Cache and I like the simplicity of it. I would recommend keeping it consistent as they are Cache-related plugins/addons. There seems to be a general consistency in using nouns rather than verbs. We see a similar noun-verb mixup with Message outputs vs. Messaging. I think it is best to stick with the noun and say Cache instead of Caching.

MDLSITE: I am coming back and editing this to recommend using the plural noun Caches for the Moodle Plugins category name.
