Inconsistent "Export to portfolio" behaviour between link and icon on assignment submission status page

      There is a confusing duplicate or redundant "Export to portfolio" Link and an Icon on assignment (Assign module) submission status page.

      The "Export to portfolio - link" (see screen capture) redirects to a page with a listbox including (in my case) two items: "File download" & "Google docs", although more are available and should be listed. And when clicking the "Export to portfolio - Icon" (see screen capture) I get 4 options: "Picasa", "Filcker", "File", "Google docs". (All enabled portfolio plugins)

      It seems the "link" has less options and so redundant.

      I get this UI behaviour on several page too. not just on the assignment module.

      Please clarify
