Atto tables bugs

Test on multiple browsers, especially firefox. This change doesn't bring perfection to the table editing, so don't expect that - it just fixes some defined problems. Compare against an older version to judge if its better than the previous behaviour

      1. In an atto text field (e.g. add new blog entry)
      2. Add a table to the edito
      3. VERIFY: you can move around the cells with the arrow keys
      4. VERIFY: table rows/columns added have space in them, same as cells added when the table is initially created

Several things I noticed when testing MDL-44758:

      1. When creating the table the cells are empty, when adding columns or rows to it the new cells are populated with spaces which looks inconsistent.

      2. If I create a table with 3 rows, place the caret in the second row and select to add row after, it adds it above. If I place the caret in the first row and do the same, it adds row after.

      3. Down/right/left/up arrows move caret outside of the table instead of to the adjacent cell in firefox
