Go to a chat activity and open the accessible chat window. You should be able to see at least the top of the previous comments, enough for you to be aware that you need to scroll down.

If there aren't any previous comments, make one. This will cause the popup to reload.

The window pops up fine but you can't see the message history without either scrolling or enlarging the window.
